for an Account Executive/Project Manager to fill in while an employee is out on maternity
leave. 

 

Responsibilities include:

 Independently manages projects from start to finish � print ads, collateral materials, POP,
photo shoots, web banners and landing pages, etc.
 Opens jobs and provides job updates to team members
  Ensures estimates are generated for each job, approved by client, and project scope stays on
budget
 Writes creative briefs and briefs creative teams
Manages project schedules and media deadlines
Manages internal processes to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
Regular client interaction
 

Qualifications:

 Minimum 5 years agency experience in account management
Bachelor�s degree
Excellent writing and speaking skills 
Organized, super multi-tasker, high sense of urgency and team player
