Essential Responsibilities: 

Develop and analyze financial budgets and forecasts. 
Work closely with finance director and client to understand financial reporting and billing
needs. 
Extract critical financial data from proprietary system for analysis. 
Analyze monthly financial results and report on variances. 
Initiated new ideas on streamlining of financial processes. 
Help client meet and understand their forecasted budgets. 
Assist client and internal account team with billing issues  
Track all required budget information needed from client for media buys. 
Prioritize and monitor project tasks while meeting project deadlines. 
Serve as quality control for any budget reports issued to client
 

Job Specifications: 

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience 
3-5 years work experience in billing/accounting/financial analysis, preferrably in an agency or
media environment 
Self-directed individual with track record of taking initiative to recommend and implement
financial efficiencies 
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a personable disposition 
Proficiency with Microsoft Desktop software; knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word 
Ability to be a team player 
Knowledge of Donovan Data Systems a plus
