We are looking for motivated individuals to immediately supplement our staff in our
Southborough, MA office. We are currently seeking:

CIVIL ENGINEERING SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER 

Candidates are required to display a benchmark of excellence; execute initiative to improve and
promote quality;
Aid in business development including continue to maintain current client relationships as well
establish new clients; be an integral part of staff development, including creating a positive
team-building environment and provide training and development of team members; organize and
optimize workload. 

Project specific planning responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
7+ years experience with site plan design (including concept preparation), subdivision, zoning
research and analysis, hearing testimony, regulatory permitting, project management and client
management, project management of all facets of assigned development projects � conceptual
phases, planning, designs, submissions, post-approvals, construction and regulatory
signoffs/closeouts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary. 
P.E. required.
