Following its July 2005 IPO, Hittite Microwave Corporation is seeking a CPA with 3-4 years of
experience to fill the newly created position of Senior Corporate Accountant.  This position
will have a broad range of technical, day-to-day accounting, and project-based
responsibilities, including:

�         Lead in the preparation of all major SEC filings

�         Financial oversight and support of our international offices, including the
consolidation

�         Involvement with our quarterly reviews and annual audit

�         Participation in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

�         Involvement in the monthly close

�         Management reporting

�         Financial analysis of operating results

�         Projects related to process improvement and financial issue resolution, working with
various members of the finance team, as well as with other functional groups

�         Research and resolution of GAAP and SEC issues

 

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Finance and Accounting, who reports to the
CFO.  The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with
very strong technical skills and experience auditing publicly traded companies.  We expect a
2-3 year commitment to this role, with the expectation of upward advancement after that time.

 

This position will pay market-rate salary and includes a comprehensive benefit plan including a
generous 401(k) matching program, restricted stock awards, and three weeks of vacation.
