Responsibilities: The qualified candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of
Boston Logan Airport. This person will be responsible for: organizing and directing all
activities relating to the rental and servicing of Avis vehicles; reporting of revenue and
other operating statistics; the management and development of managers and associates; the
resolution of customer complaints, union and labor issues; counter sales incentive and quality
assurance. The individual must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 



Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years of operations management experience. Bachelor's Degree or
equivalent experience. Bussing experience required. Strong Leadership and communication skills
are essential. Ability to produce results is critical.
