The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting, CPA, and 5+ years of related work
experience. This person will interact with all levels of management as well as have excellent
written and verbal communication skills. In this position you will perform Sarbanes Oxley
related process analysis and assessments. Responsibilities also include monitoring and
assessing pronouncements on the firm as well as drafting accounting policy for new products and
