Our client company is currently seeking to hire a Senior Tax Associate.

 

Reporting to the Tax Manager, the incumbent will assist in tax due diligence planning, ensuring
that international tax matters are in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.  Will also assist with
IRS large case audit responses regarding international tax IDR�s and with tax legislation
impact on the company.

 

This position requires a combination of 3-5 years national and international tax experience,
along with a B.S. in accounting.

 

Salary: 85-90K plus bonus and stock options.
