JOB DESCRIPTION:
Fabrication Technician 3:

Performs varuious tasks required for the manufacturing of GaAs wafers and devices in a class
100 clean room. Responsible for operating and monitoring process tools, collecting and entering
data, monitoring SPC data and performing some routine tasks required for daily upkeep of wetpro
process tools. High School degree required but a two year degree in a technical discipline is
also helpful. The ability to read, write and communicate in english is required. Good
understanding of software programs and/or the ability to use a computer to perform process
transactions are also necessary. 

Qualifications:

this position supports a 24/7 operation during the evening starting at 6:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
Friday through Sunday and every other Thursday
