You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of Sanitation
Department activities in accordance with USDA guidelines and Kayem standards. 


Requirements: 
You must have 1-3 years' experience as a supervisor or team leqder in a
food-processing/sanitation environment. Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
and possess strong mathematical aptitude. Bilingual (English and Spanish or Portugese) is a
plus.
