Banfield Veterinary Office Managers create a continually growing base of happy and satisfied
clients who will refer their friends.  To achieve this, you will select, train and supervise
the Front Desk Coordinator team to ensure exceptional quality client service and maximum
productivity while enabling team members to grow and develop professionally within the
practice.

  

You are also responsible for maximizing the financial results of the hospital and the
productivity of the Front Desk Coordinator team.  You will also use your leadership skills to
coach and provide hands on training and mentoring to the Front Desk Coordinator team.  You will
manage the administrative responsibilities such as coordinating supply needs for your hospital
promptly and accurately. Additionally you will build and maintain a positive professional
relationship with PETsMART associates, management, adoption center agencies and customers.

 

Requirements for this position include:

�          High school diploma or GED required

�          At least 2 years' related experience

�          Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

�          Must be comfortable around Pets

�          Organizational skills

�          Communication skills

�          Friendly, outgoing and honest
