Our client is an industry leader of automotive interior soft trim components and currently
exploding with new business through new innovative technologies, cutting edge manufacturing and
implementation of aggressive long & short term strategies. They're seeking a dynamic plant
manager who's results oriented, tough-minded, strategic thinker and strong leadership ability.
You'll report to the President who desires a person that will professionally challenge him,
make key decisions and facilitate new growth. This is your opportunity to join a stable company

Position requires a BS degree (technical discipline desired), currently driving lean
manufacturing principles (Toyota, Lean, Kaizen ect), Six Sigma trained. Process experience
should include laminating, thermoforming, injection molding, die cutting and finishing.
Product/Material experience should include seating, door trim, headliners, overhead systems,
foam, fabric, textile, plastics, insulation and cloth. Must have proven experience in plant
expansion/growth, cost reduction, P&L, quality systems and problem solving skills. Excellent
communication, leadership, data driven skills and a clear vision for success is required.
