As an in-house staff attorney, you will be responsible for the purchase and sale of a variety
of properties, resolving financing issues, conducting legal due diligence, reviewing
title/survey and negotiating contracts and loan documents. 
  
 REQUIREMENTS 
Must have developer/builder or lender side real estate experience. 
Requires the ability to close transactions with limited supervision. 
Competitive salary will be offered, based upon experience. 
Must have a minimum of 5-9 years experience with a law firm or in-house concentrating in
Commercial Real Estate transactions.
