Requirements:

Requires 5-7 years of management experience in transportation logistics or Distribution

BS Degree/equivalent experience required

Ability to learn new technologies, and implement business plans 

Proven success in leading and building teams

Must be able to work effectively in a changing, unstructured environment

Ability to develop and maximize limited resources to achieve business results

Must have managed a location with full P&L responsibility
