Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of clinical applications support experience in a healthcare
environment. 

 

The Application Analyst II is responsible for activities related to The Company�s Clinical
systems. S/he will participate in the development and implementation, maintenance, enhancement
and or replacement of clinical systems. S/he will provide project management for a surgical
database and clinical documentation project working with clinical end users and developers. 
Work closely with end-users to define business needs and to develop IT strategies and
solutions.  Strategies and solutions must comply with Partners IS standards and strategic
directions.

Plan, manage and over-see project, utilizing recognized project management methodology
including activities such as:

� Definition of project scope and objectives
� Management and status reporting tools
� Feasibility and cost benefit studies
� Requirements definition (functional)
� System testing/quality assurance
� Training
