KEY EVALUATING FACTORS:
�Bachelors degree in Finance or related field;
�5 plus years of recent, relevant experience;
�Certified Financial Planner designation a must;
�Experience with the design and implementation of corporate compensation and ownership
succession strategies a plus;
�Strong case analysis and presentation skills;
�Experienced at new business development;
�Self-motivated and able to work independently;
�Strong project management skills;
�Demonstrated team-building skills;
�Proactively seeks to improve the work environment and the quality of service delivered;
�CPA License and Masters of Taxation desirable.
