Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering is required. Experience in the field of
electircal utilities is highly desirable, with familiarity in substation, transmission and
distribution systems.. Experience with departmental budgeting is a plus. Need to be proficient
in Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
