Position Description:
 
The Senior Consultant/Technical Lead will have responsibility for the successful implementation
and integration of Front Office application products at a customer site from project initiation
to full customer production rollout. In this capacity he/she will be an expert in Siebel
application functionality, technology, and implementation in order to provide his/her accounts
and team with a combination of technical consulting, training, and mentoring. This role is
expected to be 80% hands-on technical consulting and 20% team interaction.
 
 
 
Position Responsibilities:
 
Responsible for the design, development, documentation and testing of solutions/projects 
Provide technical guidance and supervise technical tasks of the Technical Leads, Senior
Consultants and Consultants 
Report on the technical aspects of the project status 
Consult with internal and external/client Technical Leads and Project Leads to clearly
determine the roles and requirements of each consultant involved in the project/solution. 
Timely technical & implementation project completion 
Formulate and define technical application scope and objectives 
Foster and maintain good relationships with IT colleagues 
Seek out and champion new development, configuration and implementation efforts within current
engagements providing clients with long term value via technological and business process
modifications 
Exceed expected customer service levels 
 
Position Requirements:
 
Software Application products Development/Implementation/Configuration experience required 
Seibel Specific 
3+ years of Siebel experience is required 
Minimum certification level on version 7.0 
Version 7.5 �hands on� experience 
Version 7.7 Upgrade Experience 
Experience in one or more of the following: EAI, Order Management, eCommunications, Analytics
7+ years of IT consulting experience 
1-2+ years of solid experience supervising or managing small teams of technical consultants 
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to express complex
business concepts in technical terms. 
Ability/Willingness to travel 100% 
Bachelors degree in EE, computer science, math/science or MIS/CIS is required
