Our client is a nationally-known on-line marketing company. Due to a tremendous growth in their
client base & demand for service, we are seeking a Senior Producer/Project Manager responsible
for web-based marketing project management. In this position, you will be responsible for
leading development and maintenance related to assigned web programs and/or channels.



Duties: 

� Coordinate a cross-functional team for creative development and technical implementation of
web content and programs (consumer-facing). 

� Create and monitor schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective
project execution. 

� Work on larger, more strategic and complex programs and channels. 

� Evaluate primary and secondary market research, metrics, usability standards and other data
to assess the implications for assigned programs and channels 

� Balance user and sponsor needs � understanding what users will respond to while understanding
client�s needs 



Requirements: 

� Candidates must have proven experience developing and directing web programs and sites, as
well as experience working with clients.   

Preference for candidates with sophisticated interactive development expertise and experience
managing complex bundled programs that include multiple components.  
Demonstrated project management experience required.
� BS/BA preferred.

� Healthcare industry experience a plus. 

� This position is not considered technical, however we are looking for a basic understanding
of HTML, JavaScript, database structure, web publishing, and developing technical requirements
documents.
