This continued momentum of growth has us searching for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager. We offer
Base salary + bonus with a real six figure potential. A fun, fast paced environment, 35 to 40

Position:

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leadership and development of an inside sales staff
of 6 to 10 people. The ISM handles ongoing training, sales support, motivation, confirmation of
closed sales, coordination and follow up with outside sales representatives and administers
disciplinary action when necessary. 

 

Qualifications:

BS or combination related experience. Must be able to demonstrate a proven positive track
record of advancement in past positions. Must have the ability to motivate sales people and
possess extreme high energy and passion for closing sales. Call center or telephone sales
management with fast cycle outbound sales experience strongly desired.

The selected candidate will overall drive the success of 6-10 Inside Sales Representatives
through positive reinforcement, constant mentoring, training, development and sales guidance.
This is NOT a paperwork driven position. This is a hands on development and execution position
that is both financial and career rewarding.
