Title: E-Mail Campaign Associate

 

As a member of the e-Dialog production team, the Campaign Associate will work directly with
leading corporations and closely with internal Account Program Managers, Creative,
Technology-support personnel, to ensure flawless execution of email marketing initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate email production. 
Set up email campaigns. 
Develop, Maintain, and Manage mailing schedules. 
Perform QA duties. 
Coordinate proof reviews and any necessary changes. 
Foster client relationship on production level 
 

Knowledge/Skills Required:

BA/BS with strong academic track record 
1-2 years of related full-time work experience. 
Exceptional project management skills, including: strong inter-personal skills, attention to
detail, and familiarity with project management tools. 
Ability to work in a team environment. 
Ability to multi-task. 
Strong organizational skills. 
Strong written and oral communication skills.
