Job - Development and optimization of a coating and casting of film.  This job is at an R&D
center.  Will run pilot trials and scale up into full scale production, in house and at toll
processors.  The aim of the job is to select new technologies in the market, optimize
mechanically oriented processes, and incorporating rheology of material challenges.

 

Experience.  4 - 13 years out of ideally films, coatings, or molded products.  Their second
choice would be someone out of specialty chemicals, emulsions, or medical devices.  They highly
prefer local Boston candidates, but will relocate someone who is a closer technical fit.  This
candidate could be working as a process improvement engineer or a development engineer with
experience in using statistics to improve operating conditions.
