Director of Engineering � Power Supply Development � to $150K+

 

Exceptional opportunity to assume the day-to-day management and technical leadership role in
the development of switch mode power supplies for a variety of applications. Position is
responsible for analyzing current and future technology and resource needs, coordinating and
directing all projects, budget preparation, development and implementation of policies and
procedures, performance reviews and management of outsourcing services. 

 

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of a BSEE (MS preferred) and 15 years progressive
design and management background. Experience supervising a group of 5-20 engineering
professionals, previous hands-on design of switching power supply circuits and knowledge of
manufacturing is essential. Exceptional compensation package and full relocation.
