Title: Solution Management Professional (Business Analyst)

Job Description: 
LRN has a unique opportunity for the right candidate to interface directly with customers and
support and train large groups of users. Ideal candidate will provide support to the Account
Manager Organization and LRN customers with the goal of resolving issues related to the ongoing
operation/implementation of the LRN business solutions. 

The right candidate will have excellent project management and communication skills. He or she
will be detail oriented, capable of consistently reporting and resolving issues before they
become critical. The ability to cultivate and build business relationships effectively and
manage customer expectations in a dynamic, fast paced environment is essential.

Qualifications and Experience 
� Minimum of 4 years project management experience
