Applicant must have Hotel/Hospitality property experience specifically working knowledge in
HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.  

 

Must be able to work flexible shifts.  Strong technical skills in and working knowledge of
interpreting blueprints and Saflok schematics.  

 

Must have experience and applied knowledge in Safety and Preventive maintenance, OSHA
requiements/regulations and coordinating security staffing.  Familiar with chillers, cooling
towers, chemical treatments, Laundry equipment, control systems, water systems, boilers,
refrigeration, compressors, etc.
