-Build new site sections within the online platforms as part of the implementation of new
features, enhancements, product, or service to customers 
-Regularly post changes to customer interface of online platform involving market information,
product announcements, and investment product & service information 
-Manage, organize, edit, and present online content in accordance with compliance, legal,
regulatory, firm guidelines, and business needs 
-Ensure content is easily served up in formats appropriate for various browsing devices 
-Review the accuracy and consistency of all content within the online platforms and make any
necessary changes to improve customer satisfaction in locating and retrieving the relevant
information 
-Track and improve key business and platform success metrics related to the flow of product
information on the platforms 
-Work with product support teams, fund administration, product marketing, performance marketing
and sales to identify and resolve any discrepancies, operational or regulatory issues 
-Communicate changes related to the online offering (new content, enhancements, processes,
etc.) to other departments that provide customer support 
-Responsible for online product content (ie. daily pricing, monthly, quarterly and yearly
performance and portfolio information) for mutual funds, 529 plans, offshore funds, common
trust funds, variable annuities, separate accounts, VITs, closed end funds, institutional trust
funds and money market funds

Required Skills: 

Investment Product Knowledge. Experience in eCommerce, asset management, mutual fund or
brokerage environment. 

Desired Skills: 
Project management, good oral and written communication skills,excellent interpersonal and
organization, ability to work effectively as a team member. Ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
