Biomat USA, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Grifols is seeking a Facility Manager Trainee
(entry-level role). 

 

We prefer candidates that are located in the Houston, TX area.    Candidates must be willing to
relocate after 6-9 months of training. 

 

Biomat USA, Inc. operates 50 Human Plasma Donor Centers within the USA.  Plasma is used to
create life saving medicines for bleeding disorders, immune system deficiencies, burns and
shock.  

 

After extensive training and development the Facility Trainee Manager will eventually be
responsible for the day-to-day operations, site profitability, and the quality of plasma
collections at one of our nation-wide Plasma Donor Centers. 


Job Profile:

Responsible for day-to-day operations of Plasma Donor Center

Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations

Interact with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds

Manage the profitability of the facility

 

Qualifications

AA Degree in Science or Management or BA and one year of supervisory experience

Great work ethic and entrepreneurial sprit

Ability to work with diverse socio-economic 

Must be tenacious, ambitious, and driven by bottom-line performance

 

Other requirements:

Relocation is mandatory after 6-9 months of extensive training

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
