our Agoura Hills, CA office. If you are searching for a company that will launch your career

reviewing legal files and correspondence and taking appropriate actions concerning summons,
garnishments, and liens.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
� Experience in a Legal environment a Plus.
� Skip tracing experience required.
� Post-Judgment execution experience required.
� College degree preferred, or a equivalent combination of education and experience.
� Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Excel experience preferred.
� Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
� Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
� Request and prepare wage and bank garnishments, and liens.
� Perform skip tracing to verify place of employment, real property and bank accounts.
� Request triple seals in order to do foreign judgment docketing.
� Compose post judgment letters to defendants and garnishees in order to initiate
contact and negotiate settlements.
� Initiate phone calls to clients, defendant and garnishees and compose follow-up
correspondence.
� Other duties as assigned.
