Great opportunity to join one of the DC area's up and coming investment banking firms.  This
company specializes in the middle market transactions.  This position will support the senior
investment bankers in all aspects of the client transactions.  

 

Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of investment banking or other relevant experience with a
strong academic record (3.5+ GPA preferred) from a leading university in finance, accounting or
a related field, as well as strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
Responsibilities will include execution of transactions (M&A, public and private financing) and
business development activities.
