A world renown Investment firm seeks an experienced candidate to serve as the Vice President of
the Legal and Compliance department.  

 

The Vice President will be responsible for directing personnel in providing mutual fund legal
administrative services to clients, including disclosure, governance and other regulatory or
legal support services.  The individual in this position will employ a firm-wide perspective in
managing operations, participate in the development and support of corporate goals, and provide
support in evaluating potential initiatives and new business opportunities.  

 

Qualified candidates will have 7+ years mutual fund legal administration experience (or
comparable business experience), 2+ years experience with supervisory / management
responsibilities, strong project management and negotiation skills.  Law Degree and Bar
Admission are required.
