ADVERTISING COMPLIANCE ANALYST

unparalleled Representatives and exceptional staff.  We are currently searching for a full time
Advertising Analyst to join our Compliance Department. This position is responsible for the
review, research and clearance of various corporate and registered representatives' advertising
pieces. The advertising and sales literature pieces will be reviewed for compliance with
Industry Regulations as well as LPL policy and procedures. This position is also responsible
for helping with other projects as assigned. 

 

Requirements: BA/BS degree, 3+ years brokerage or brokerage related experience and the Series 7
license are required.  Compliance experience and the Series 24 license are considered a plus. 
Must be a strong team player that thrives in a deadline-oriented environment.  Excellent
customer service, multi-tasking, and verbal/written communication skills are essential. Must
exercise keen judgment and attention to detail.
