Operations Manager Position: 
This position will function as a Front Line Supervisor at our hospital site. Your daily
responsibilities will be to Manage, Motivate, Supervise, and Train your staff. Our Mangers are
responsible for staff of 10 to 25 employees and will drive the daily performance of those staff
members. We are looking for candidates with proven leadership qualities.   The Operations
Manager position is a stepping stone to all other management positions within our
organization.

 

Dynamic Promotional Career Track: 
Our managers undergo an extensive three-phase training program developing managerial and
administrative skills. Medi-Dyn only promotes from within, therefore training and developing
managers for a steady upward progression. The development begins with being an Operations
Manager. The next step forward is as an Assistant Director where you not only manage staff but
Operations Managers as well. The third step is becoming a support services department Director
where you make critical decisions in department operations and in hospital responsibilities.
This seamless growth track to Director is achievable in 2-4 years and requires relocation as
your career develops.  The difference between Medi-Dyn�s Management training program and others
is that we have developed specific training tools that guide our managers to success.  We
define the exact criteria necessary for success and then provide you with the tools.  The rest
is up to you!



Position Requirements:

Demonstrated leadership experience

Ability to motivate team members

Effective Communication skills written and verbal
High energy with a willingness to perform
Successful relationship builder

Willingness to work 1st and/or 2nd shift

Ability to commit to long term career track

Desire to grow with company

Degree preferred

Compensation: 
We offer a starting salary of $30,000 with paid training and a cost of living adjustment for
specified areas. A salary of $40's to $60's+ achievable in 1 to 5 years through defined
promotional track.
