Inside Sales/Account Management  - Personal Lines 
We are looking for  an Inside Sales/Account Manager who is a self-starter, client-focused and
motivated by success. Our in-house training program provides an overview of the ISU
Francis-Pinney approach. You can tailor our approach to your working style. 

 

Position Criteria:

Insurance Sales Experience 
Applied / WinTAM experience (1 year minimum) 
P&C Licensed 
Account Management/Customer Service Experience (5 year minimum) 
Communication Skills 
Presentation Skills 
Initiative 
Goal-oriented 
Enthusiastic 
Learning Ability 
Professionalism 
 

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with your sales team to grow revenue with new and existing vertical
customers. 
Manage and grow existing client insurance accounts. 
Proactively and creatively identify and solve client problems and provide solutions.
