We seek an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our team. The position is located
in Brea, CA.

This position will be primarily responsible for:

 

* Designing Web-based and blended learning solutions for our internal customers 

 

* Applying knowledge of instructional theory and adult learning principles 

 

* Analyzing subject matter and designing the right instructional tools to teach the content 

 

* Producing concise and grammatically correct writing for online content, workbooks and video 

 

* Author content directly into development tools like Flash, Captivate, and Dreamweaver (we
aren�t looking for programming, but technical savvy is required) 

 

* Interviewing and communicating with internal subject-matter experts and other contacts in an
effective and professional manner 

 

* Collaborating well with other instructional designers, multimedia programmers and graphic
designers 

 

* Managing projects and meeting deadlines 

 

* Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned

 

The ideal candidate possesses:

 

* Bachelor's or Master�s degree in Education or related field; Certification in ISD or
Performance Improvement a plus 

 

* Strong working knowledge of Dreamweaver and Flash or similar online authoring tools (this is
not a programming position). 

 

* Working knowledge of Image Editing software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Paintshop Pro) 

 

* Strong proficiency with MS Office applications
