Erickson Retirement Communities, the nation�s leader in developing and managing campus style
retirement communities, is seeking a Software Engineer in the Information Technology department
at our Corporate office in Baltimore, MD. This position is responsible for developing, testing
and documenting medium to large n-tiered applications in support of the company�s core
functions. 

 

The successful candidate will have a BS degree in a technical field, especially MIS or Computer
Science; minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience developing N-Tiered OLTP applications; and
solid experience with ASP.NET/C# and SQL Server preferred. Experience with SDLC methodologies
required. Reporting Services experience a plus. We are looking for someone with a strong
familiarity with Microsoft platform tools and technologies, especially .NET; the ability to
manage priorities; demonstrated leadership within small peer teams; and excellent communication
