provide audit and accounting, tax and management consulting services to a diverse group of
business clients. Our industry concentrations include technology, professional services,
transportation, wholesale trade,
high-tech membership organizations, mortgage lenders, construction and nonprofit organizations.


We have an immediate opening for a manager with recent audit and corporate tax experience.
Responsibilities include regular client contact, review of planning documents, workpapers,
management letters, and financial statements; managing professional staff and maintaining
engagement time budgets. Additional responsibilities include review of corporate and
partnership tax returns, tax planning engagements, and assisting with firm quality control
issues. Five plus years of experience, strong communication and computer skills, B.A. or higher
in accounting and CPA license are required. The position also requires knowledge of accounting
and tax preparation software.

We also have an opening for a senior staff accountant with recent public accounting experience.
Responsibilities include audit, review, compilation, and tax engagements. Knowledge of
accounting and tax software and strong communication skills are required. The position provides
for significant client contact and an opportunity to grow with the firm. Three plus years of
accounting and tax preparation experience is required.
