Exchange and Windows server environment

-Migrate existing 2000 servers to 2003

-Administrating Active Directory and Exchange 5.5-2007 

-50% customer/server support (working with customers' servers that may not 

communicate the department)

-Train junior personnel

-Delegate work appropriately to other team members

-Support 70-100 server boxes at a time (all relatively the same)
