kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and design services to end users, contractors and the design
trade for over 10 years. 

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant -- 25 Hrs/Week. 

******IMPORTANT*******
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING HOURS:
MONDAYS & TUESDAYS----9 to 5 (with 1/2 hr lunch)
WEDNESDAY THURSDAY FRIDAY ----- 5 hours on any two of these three days

Candidates must have AP experience in a previous position.

resume without this. We are looking for someone at $13-$14/hr

In this Accounting Assistant Position you will be responsible for and need the following
experience:

+ Receiving and processing packing slips into the computer
+ Matching packing slips with invoices and then coding
+ Entering invoices into the system for payment
+ Communicate with vendors/salespeople/warehouse regarding returns
+ Filing

Our ideal candidates will possess the following:

+ Extremely accurate math skills while maintaining a decent work pace
+ Good communication skills a plus
+ Excellent attendance record in past extremely important
+ High School Diploma
