� Assure that the most effective adult learning theory and techniques are utilized in our
approach to Health Coach education and development

� Promote a team environment that fosters creativity, collaboration and accountability.

� Build and execute an Annual Education Plan which that meets the education and skill
enhancement needs of Health Coaches and also can be managed at the Coaching Center level, with
multiple competing priorities 

� Provide hands-on assessment and development opportunities for members of the Health Coach
Education Team

� Plan and execute various education initiatives to be delivered directly to certain Health
Dialog Clients or in support of new client implementations

� Assist in the evolution of Health Coach competencies and their evaluation to ensure that the
educational plan is responsive to the need for knowledge and skill enhancement
