The Program is designed to educate primary care providers, their staff and patients on the
proper use of a diabetes related product. The Field Manager will serve as manager to the
assigned clinical educators within their region and provide daily coaching, counseling and
mentoring to each educator. The Field Manager will provider direction to the assigned clinical
educators on administrative, territory and project related issues and questions. The Field
Manager will conduct regular field visits with each assigned clinical educator to provide
coaching, counseling and performance feedback in order to facilitate job performance in
achievement of region and project goals.
