� Manager, Budget and Expense Management

Responsible for managing the organization�s annual operating and capital budget process and
monitoring actual performance compared to budget on a monthly and yearly basis. Candidates will
have a BA or BS in Finance or Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred.  Prior financial healthcare
experience desired.

� Manager, Reimbursement and Revenue Management

Responsible for managing the organization�s patient service revenue charge entry and
recognition processes. Responsible for monitoring developments in the reimbursement and
regulatory environment and evaluating their impact on the healthcare system. Serves a liaison
to HSCRC and Medicare fiscal intermediary. Candidates will have a BA or BS in Finance or
Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred.  Prior financial healthcare experience desired.

� Sr. Financial Analyst

Coordinates and supports management�s annual operating and capital budget processes to ensure
consistency with the organization�s operating and clinical program plans. Generates routine
financial and statistical reports. Candidates will have a BA or BS in Finance or Accounting.
Excel expertise required.
