Description of Major Duties:
*Provides financial guidance to Management to aid in making sound business decisions to support
The HON Company\'s profitable vision.
*Responsible for root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up on plant performance
versus standard cost of the products.
*Responsible for maintaining manufacturing ledgers, cost accounting activities and the
preparation of plant financial and other control reports.
*Responsible for overseeing the disbursement of plant funds, Accounts Payable, raw material and
finished goods inventory, timekeeping operations and payroll for the location.
*Primary facilitator with both internal and external auditors pertaining to financial matters.
*Prepares financial and statistical analysis for special projects.
*Prepares and directs the capital and financial operating budget for the plant.
