Oversee the media buying and planning process and integration with offline and direct.
Work closely with clients to assess online media needs and identify opportunities to expand
Media Contacts' involvement in clients' marketing efforts.
Oversee the professional growth of team. Build and foster a work environment that yields strong
individual and team performance.
Manage client media schedules and reconcile versus budgets.
Work with media sales community, in-house research departments, client and creative agencies to
develop unique and strategically appropriate media approaches, including the exploration of
venues (sites, creative technologies, etc.) that utilize emerging technologies pertinent to our
clients' objectives.
Contribute to the company's knowledge base by creating and sharing case studies, POVs and
seminar/conference summaries.
Review all agency interaction with traffic, production and creative departments within our
clients' and partners' organizations and refine work processes to improve efficiency, work
product and client service.
Takes the lead on specific new business efforts, organizing the media program, striving for
breakthrough ideas, acting as an integral part of the pitch team, presenting recommendations to
prospect. |
