The IT Senior Consultant works with client companies in the installation, implementation and
support of accounting/business solutions, including Great Plains software systems. This
position offers diversity in clients and projects, an opportunity to work in a team

due to potential within the Economic Unit. Responsibilities include: Providing day-to-day
technical application support for client companies; Installing software within the Microsoft
Business Solutions lines of products, primarily Dynamics GP on SQL platforms (including GL, AP,
AR, payroll, inventory, order entry and purchasing modules); Performing technical upgrades of
Dynamics GP to the latest version for clients; Working closely with clients in the
configuration and migration to new systems; Performing and managing integration of the
solution, as well as assisting implementation teams with system administration training issues;
Customizing report design and technical support of the software; Providing timely, high quality
client service that meets or exceeds client expectations; Demonstrate expertise in an industry
or functional area and build a strong reputation in the marketplace; Demonstrate commitment to
the firm’s People Philosophy by modeling appropriate behaviors, and act with respect and
dignity in interactions inside and outside the firm; Other duties as assigned.
