Job Qualifications:

7 � 10 years in designing and delivering commercial software product
Minimum of 5 years in Java based UI design and implementation
Hands on experience in developing Eclipse-based applications; relevant Eclipse technologies
include SWT/JFace, plug-in development, RCP, GEF, EMF, BIRT
Extensive experience in OO design methodology
Well versed in various development tools such as Eclipse IDE, ANT, JUNIT, CVS/Subversion,
CruiseControl, Bugzilla, and others
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as good interpersonal and
organizational skills.
Prior startup experience a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the design of UI framework based on Eclipse Platform for the company�s flagship Studio
product
Implement enterprise class software for visualization, reporting, query and analysis, and data
integration
Provide leadership and mentor junior developers on the team 
Drive UI requirements with product marketing and business team
Work with QA team to ensure quality and usability of the software
