Qualifications include a four year degree in civil engineering or equivalent with 0-4 years of
water resource experience. EIT preferred. Knowledge of Hydrologic/Hydraulic analysis of
Riverine/coastal systems:  HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HEC-2, HEC-1 & other Hydraulic models for proper
application and consistency of standard engineering practice.  Experience in civil site
development desired.  Experience with Microstation and AutoCadd is a plus.  Experience in
stormwater quality modeling and watershed planning desired.  Under limited supervision,
performs complex analysis, calculation design and evaluation for specific areas of technical
expertise. FEMA experience, production of flood insurance rate maps a plus.  Knowledge of
Arcview, ARCGIS and ESRI products a plus.  Knowledge of AutoCad and/or MicroStation is a plus.
