Senior Performance Analyst � Private Equity / Real Estate

The PrivateEdge group specializes in providing detailed performance measurement calculation and
evaluation, portfolio and investment analysis and monitoring, fund investor reporting and
private market investment consulting services. In order to effectively meet client needs, the
group must collect a significant amount of non-standardized data that can be verified and used
to accurately calculate, analyze, report and monitor activities and performance. 

Individual will be involved in all aspects of servicing the private equity and real estate
investment activities for various high-profile institutional and fund-of-funds clients.
Responsibilities include:
� Performance measurement calculation and analysis
� Reconciliation of accounting data to internal PrivateEdge records
� Collection of quarterly financial statements from underlying investment managers 
� Review of financial statement input into proprietary applications to ensure accuracy 
� Preparation and review of investor income allocations
� Preparation of �publishing-quality� quarterly financial statements of the funds
� Processing investor capital call notices
� Management and fulfillment of client ad hoc requests
� Management of 1-2 internal team members
� Assisting team management with additional projects as necessary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors� degree in either Accounting and/or Finance with 4-5
years private equity experience. An MBA or CFA charterholder/candidate is a plus. Candidate
must possess strong computer and interpersonal skills and be very proactive and self-motivated.
A strong work ethic, positive attitude and client-service orientation are extremely important.
