SeraCare GCI Global Repository, A SeraCare Company is seeking a Laboratory Processing
Technician. This position is located in Cambridge, MA and reports to the Laboratory Supervisor.


Position Summary: 
Position is responsible for receiving incoming samples, sample processing, sample storage in
various temperatures, and day-to-day laboratory operations.

Qualifications: 
Associates Degree or B.S in a biological or other related life science field with 1+ year
relevant laboratory experience. Experience with automation and robotics preferred. Excellent
oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and computer
skills required. Ability to work within deadlines. Experience in working with whole blood and
blood products, DNA & RNA isolation, serum/plasma isolation, and tissue culture. Must be
familiar with aseptic technique in a laboratory. Must have excellent problem solving skills and
be detail oriented. Must read, write and speak English language.
