The Brunswick Campus is a 316-bed full service (excluding open heart surgery) not-for-profit
hospital that serves the healthcare needs of the residents of eight counties and is accredited
by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Located
approximately 70 miles north of Jacksonville, Florida, and 75 miles south of Savannah, Georgia,
the Brunswick Campus represents the only major medical facility in a 150 mile area.

 

We are currently seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our team. Responsible for the overall
benefits program on a day-to-day basis, handling enrollments, team member inquiries and problem
solving benefit issues. Communicates benefits program to new team members and team members with
status changes. Handles the pay period billing. Plans and implements benefit/team member
meetings, including annual enrollment. Provides analysis on benefit products, utilization, and
outcomes.

 

Bachelor�s degree in business, human resources or minimum two years experience in benefits
experience required, and previous experience w/ handling self insured funds a plus.
