Job Responsibilities:

As a Spherion Direct Hire Recruiter you will be largely responsible for:

�         Plan and execute consistently high volume of focused activities, i.e. client research
and development, client account penetration, sales calls, order generation, maintaining high
fill ratio, required for successful performance

�         Develop and implement an effective and differentiating recruiting strategy

�         Build and maintain an effective referral network of contacts through considerable
involvement in community organizations and other pertinent events

�         Accountable for ongoing professional development including industry and market
knowledge

�         Demonstrate initiative in self-development of sales and recruiting skills

�         Be a corporate partner with clients in delivery of staffing objectives

 

Minimum Qualifications:

�         Accomplished sales & management skills with a proven track record of success 

�         Bachelor�s degree or five years directly related business experience

�         Staffing industry experience preferred

�         Excellent organizational and analytical skills 

�         Strong bias for action 

�         Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
