We are currently working with a small Boston-based consulting company that is looking for a
.NET architect with excellent SQL skills. Qualified candidates must have 7+ years experience
total with RDBMS and have solid SQL skills. 2+ years of ASP.NET experience is also required as
is prior consulting experience. The ability to interact and communicate with clients is
essential as there will be a lot of client interaction. Strong business development skills are
highly desired as well. A BS in Computer Science or equivalent is also required.

As an architect, you will be responsible for mentoring a team of more junior developers. Hence,
the ability to manage a technical team is extremely important. The position will involve doing
architecture and management about 60% of the time and development the remaining 40% of the
time. You would also be responsible for going out to client sites and developing relationships
with our clients. The ability to generate new business would be a huge plus.
